BEX (Builders Exchange) is a building materials marketplace from Mjay Building Hardware Retail and Supply. You can buy materials, lock in prices with Forward Purchase, compare sellers, get price alerts and sell your own stock, all from your phone.
You pay for materials at today’s price and choose a delivery date at least 7 days later. If your plans change, you can resell the stock on the community market at the current market price.
Materials you buy through Forward Purchase appear in My Stocks. From there you can put them up for sale on the community market and set your price, which can’t be higher than the current market price.
Add a payout account in the app, either a bank account or a mobile money wallet. Earnings from your completed sales are paid to that account.
